Muffins are more and more popular with customers and our Basic Muffin Mix will enable them to produce a greater variety of muffins.
Enriched wheat flour, sugar, shortening (palm and/or palm kernel, canola, modified palm oils), oat fibre, dextrose, baking powder, whey powder, modified corn starch, salt, sodium aluminum phosphate, skim milk powder, dried yolk (contains sodium aluminum silicate), dried egg white (egg whites, bakers yeast, citric acid), artificial flavor, sodium propionate, may contain soya and/or sesame.

Easy to make muffin mix that provides an excellent starting point for that individual touch.
Place mix in mixing bowl. Add water gradually while mixing 1 minute on 1st speed. Stop and scrape bowl. Continue mixing 1 minute on 2nd speed. Scale batter into lightly greased or paper-lined muffin tins. Bake at 204 C (400 F) for 25 minutes.
Excellent as a muffin, loaf cake or sheet cake. Add a variety of fruits that will help increase selling price.
Store under cool and dry conditions.
