Enriched wheat flour, sugar, wheat bran, vegetable oil, dextrose, baking powder, molasses (molasses, wheat starch, silicon dioxide, soya lecithin), wheat germ, salt, dried yolk (contains sodium aluminum silicate), modified corn starch, powdered honey preparation (honey, glucose-fructose, wheat starch, corn syrup, soya flour, calcium stearate, hydroxylated soya lecithin), skim milk powder, colour, sodium aluminum phosphate, xanthan gum, may contain sesame.

Excellent as a muffin, loaf cake or sheet cake. Add a variety of fruits that will help increase selling price.
Place mix in mixing bowl. Add water gradually while mixing 1 minute on 1st speed. Stop and scrape bowl. Continue mixing 1 minutes on 2nd speed. Scale batter into lightly greased or paper-lined muffin tins. Bake at 204 C (400 F) for 25 minutes.
A variety of fruits can be added to make this muffin even more tasty. Raisins, nuts, apples etc.
Store under cool and dry conditions.
