Add contents (895 g) to 3 L / 105 fl oz of boiling water, stirring vigorously with a whisk (minimum temperature 71°C / 160 °F) . Let stand for two minutes before a final whisk and serve. Hold at 60°C / 140 °F. Cook thoroughly.
Accompaniment for meat, poultry, fish and pasta.
