Cheese: Part skim mozzarella cheese (partly skimmed milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme). PREPARATION: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Remove frozen pizza from package. For food safety and quality, the pizza must be cooked until the centre of the pizza reaches an internal temperature of 167°F (75°C), and the cheese is completely melted and the crust is golden brown. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). For crispy crust, place frozen pizza directly on middle oven rack for 10-11 minutes. For softer crust, place frozen pizza on a lightly greased baking sheet for 11 minutes. CAUTION: BAKED PIZZA WILL BE VERY HOT! Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Since appliances vary, these cooking times are approximate. Refrigerate or discard any leftover portion. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR COOKING IN A MICROWAVE OVEN.
