Our sheet cake format - a 12" x 16" bakers half-sheet - allows you to customize the cake's cutting according to your needs since you are not restricted to a one-size only format. For example, our cakes can be cut as 1 oz. - 4 oz. individual portions (rectangle, square or triangle format) or as a 24 oz. - 32 oz. bar cake (i.e. small birthday cake). You can present the whole cake as a 3-tiered wedding cake or even as a 4' long banquet style occasion cake.
Our rectangular sheet cake format offers tremendous versatility and incredible value to the foodservice operator. While still frozen, they can be cut into squares, rectangles, wedges, or occasion cakes for all types of functions. There are cutting guides along the side of the tray that allow for different portion sizes and shapes. The sheet cakes can be served in buffet settings or as plate settings.
