Keep product frozen until ready to use. Thaw at room temperature for 3-4hours. For best results, cut and handle product partially frozen. Warm knife in hot water and cut product. Use spatula to lift piece out. Storeremaining product covered in the refrigerator.

Each sheetcake and/or dessert bar is packaged in a 12"x16" bakeable trayand then the tray is packed into a corrugated tray with lid and overwra pped. Four trays (one tray of each variety) are then packed in a corrugate master case shipper. Store frozen.
